Dear Blog

I am really very sorry that I have neglected you so.  I have a million excuses (all of them very good ones).  But I am sure you don’t want to hear all of those, as brilliant as they are.  For now, let it be known that I am turning over a new leaf. This year I resolve to catch up on my past blog posts (at least some of the 87 posts I am behind on from this fall will make it here) and be diligent with my new entries.  This means that you and I will be in contact much more often and I am really looking forward to that!  Because you are like an old friend, and really I have missed you.  And my 2, maybe 3 blog followers that would regularly comment here as well.

And because a post would not be a *real* post without a picture, here is a snapshot of my kids taken over the Christmas Holiday – at an annual trip to a creche exhibit that we go to.  While not the most professional shot, it sort of captured the feel of the Christmas season for me!

Thanks for waiting so patiently for me…It is not as though I haven’t thought about you often, it is just that I haven’t made the time to write…
